Traits

Special Equipment. Yarroc wears Studded Leather, +1 armor.

Actions

Multiattack. Yarroc makes three attacks with his axe, Killer.

Killer. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (d8 + 4) slashing damage. One attack per turn may benefit from an additional 5d6 sneak attack damage if the attack's target has no allies within 5ft .

Execute (recharge 5-6). Yarroc makes a single attack with Killer against a creature that is "red" (has one third or fewer of their total) on hit points. On a hit, it deals 50 points of slashing damage, or 96 points of damage on a critical hit. If used against a creature that is unconscious, that creature dies if the attack hits.

Silent Witness. Yarroc points at a target. Until the end of his next turn, all attacks against that target by members of the Badger Syndicate are made at advantage.

Reactions

Glower. On being hit with an attack, Yarroc tries to intimidate the target. Make a contested Intimidation vs. Wisdom check. If Yarroc wins, the attacker cannot make any further attacks against him this turn.

Legendary Actions

4 legendary actions, regain start of his own turn.

Killer. Yarroc attacks with Killer.

Shadowstep. Yarroc teleports up to 30 feet to within 5 feet of a creature, appearing behind the target.

Intensity Powder (3 actions). Yarroc snorts Intensity Powder, suffering 1d6 points of psychic damage but gaining resistance to bludgeoning, slashing and piercing damage until the end of his next turn.

Description

Yarroc was a Badger Syndicate heavy, who when faced with capture by the authorities, cut off his own tongue so that he couldn't betray his employers. A daring jailbreak saw him freed from the noose, and over the years his loyalty was rewarded. He is second only to The Grand Brock in standing.
