Telepathic Communication. The familiar can communicate telepathically with its caster while within 100ft of it.
Limited Telepathy. The familiar can magically communicate simple ideas, emotions, and images telepathically with a creature that it can see within 60ft of that can understand a language.
Third Eye. When you use an Action to see and hear using your familiar’s senses, you are no longer Blinded and Deafened by your own. You can see and hear using your senses, but Perception Checks that rely on these senses are made with DisADV.
Subterranean. The familiar gains a Burrowing Speed of 20ft, and leaves a 5ft wide tunnel behind it. If it already has a Burrowing Speed, it increases by 20ft.
Hardy. The familiar’s HP maximum increases by 5.
Resistant. The familiar gains resistance to 1 damage type. Bludgeoning
Spell Delivery. When you cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell. Your familiar must be within 100ft of you, and it must use its Reaction to deliver the spell when you cast it. If the spell requires an Attack or Save, it uses your Attack Modifier and Spell Save DC.
Shared Telepathy. While your familiar is within 100ft of you, you can communicate with it telepathically. Additionally, as an Action, you can see through your familiar's eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that the familiar has. During this time, you are Deaf and Blind concerning your senses.
Pocket Dimension. As an Action, you can temporarily dismiss your familiar. It disappears into a pocket dimension where it awaits your summons. As an Action while it's dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in any unoccupied space you can see within 30ft of you with the cost of 1 wild shape. Whenever the familiar disappears into its pocket dimension, it leaves behind in its space anything it was wearing or carrying.
Mind Bond Death. When the familiar dies, it leaves behind a corpse of the form it took, and their caster is Stunned until the end of their next turn and they can’t Concentrate on spells or other effects until they finish a Long Rest.
Resurrection (Action). If the familiar has been dead for less than 24 hours, you summon again while within 10ft of the familiar’s corpse to return it to life with 1 HP by sacrificing 1 wild shape.
