Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Bulldoze. The dragon can burrow until escaping or reaching a target.
Telepathy (120 ft.). The dragon can telepathically communicate with any living creature within range.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) acid damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d4 + 4) slashing damage.
Acid Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales acid in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 39 (11d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If provoked to attack through failed discussion, can attack with breath attack and then a bite.
If adventurers approach it tries to communicate and negotiate with them to leave it alone. Then warns them. Then attacks them.

Has lair on Kyōjin Island. At Dragon’s Peak. High Mountain / Hill connected to a cave tunnel leading to temple basement.
