Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses its breath weapon. The dragon can use its weapon every 4 turns, but can use it only once per short or long rest in human or hybrid form.
Fire and Acid Breath. The dragon exhales fiery acid in a 30-ft cone. Enemies within range must make a Dexterity saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 fire and acid damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level.
Curious Form. As a bonus action, you can switch back and forth between your human and dragon forms. You retain all skills of your human form in dragon form, but you cannot use weapons, armor, or tools. As an action, you can manifest your wings, tail and claws on your human form, creating a terrifyingly efficient predator, though your flight speed is only 30 in this form.
