Brace. While the Zaradei is in it primal might stage, it can use its reaction to stop anything that would force it to be moved or knocked back.

Description

Slower, bulkier, and nastier than their warm climate counter parts, the winter Zaredei have adapted to survive in colder environments, where food is more scarce. They are built with more innate fat to go longer without eating, are slower, larger, and more malicious. Winter Zaredei more often than not travel solo, unless led by a Alpha Zaredei.
