Supreme Regeneration. Yul'Thak regains 20 hit points at the start of its turn. If Yul'Thak takes acid or fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of his next turn. He dies only if he starts his turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.
Touch of Death. Yul'Thaks attacks are magical. When he hits with any attack, it deals an extra 6d8 necrotic damage (included in the attack).
Magic Resistance. Yul'Thak has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. Yul'Thak makes three attacks: one with his bite and two with his claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d6 + 12) piercing damage, plus 27 (6d8) necrotic damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d6 + 12) slashing damage, plus 27 (6d8) necrotic damage.
Blink. Yul'Thak teleports into an unoccupied space within 30 feet of himself.
Description
A dark, horrifying visage of a demonic troll, Yul'Thak exhibits characteristics found by a troll, yet twisted. Sporting bony armor and a two gnarled horns, his blackened charcoal body contrasts the deathly exterior.
Yul'Thak sports exceptional knowledge of planar beings and their inner workings. He prowls the unseelie Feywild in search of fine specimens.
