Innate Spellcasting. Nebula's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Nebula fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

On a failed save, a creature is also blinded until the end of its next turn.
Nebula Shroud (2/Day). Nebula can create a cloud of cosmic mist in a 20-foot radius centered on herself. The area becomes heavily obscured for creatures other than Nebula. The shroud lasts for 1 minute or until dispersed by a strong wind. Creatures within the shroud have disadvantage on attack rolls against Nebula, and she gains advantage on Stealth checks.
Legendary Actions
Nebula can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Nebula regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
