Charge. If the undead boar moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a tusk attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the undead boar has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Multiattack. The undead boar makes two tusk attacks. It can use its Life Drain in place of one tusk attack.
Tusk. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
A humanoid slain by this attack rises 24 hours later as a zombie under no one's control.
Description
These out of control undead monsters were once domesticated and trained mounts for a settlement of mountain dwarves. Their remains have been raised as these horrific creatures by the will of Orcus and the ambient malevolent power of the Balor trapped within the dwarven ruins for centuries.
