Traits

Phonophobia. Whenever a War Horn (or some other loud instrument or noise) is sounded, Yacumama will instantly flee to the nearest sufficiently large body of water, regardless of turn order. This provokes opportunity attack from everyone that Yacumama passes within melee range.

Water Travel. Yacumama can fit into any body of water that is at least 10 ft. by ten ft. in diameter regardless of depth. Yacumama, once submerged in water, can instantly travel to another body of water, as long as it also is at least 10 ft. by 10 ft. in diameter.

Actions

Multiattack. Yacumama makes two attacks: one Bite attack OR one Gore attack, and one Body Slam attack OR one Constrict attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 4) Piercing damage.

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) Piercing damage.

Body Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) Bludgeoning damage.

Constrict. One creature. Target must succeed a DC 14 Dex save or become grappled (Escape DC 16). Grappled creatures take 6 (1d6+3) force damage on each of Yacumama's turns. Only one creature can be constricted at a time, and the target may repeat the Str check to escape on each of their turns.

Description

Yacumama is the object of worship of a scarce few Lizardman tribes. These tribes claim Yacumama to be the mother of all aquatic creatures, and the carver of all the world's rivers. They also believe that Yacumama holds a special dominion over all bodies of water. In order to not be attacked by their worshiped, these tribes sound a special horn to warn Yacumama of their presence whenever they must cross a river.

Appearance
Yacumama is a huge snake covered in dark green and brown scales. It also has a horn and fangs that look and shine like perfectly polished brass.
