Death Burst. When the spirit dies, it explodes in a burst of water. Each creature within 5 feet of the spirit must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or take 8 (1d12) cold damage and be knocked prone.
Innate Spellcasting (1/Day each). The spirit can innately cast Water Breathing and Water Walk (spell save DC 12), requiring no material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Charisma.
Magic Trident. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5/10 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d8+1) magical piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) cold damage.
Deluge (Recharge 3-6). The spirit exhales a 15- foot cone of water. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8 (2d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the creature is also knocked back 5 feet away from the spirit and falls prone.
Aqueous Body. A creature that makes an attack against the spirit with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it does so with disadvantage, and takes 4 (2d4) cold damage if the creature hits the spirit.
