Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Golden Scales (Reaction). When Zelgu is hit by a melee attack, the attacker takes 1d4 piercing damage from Zelgu’s sharp golden scales.
Draconic Hierarchy Curse. Zelgu can fall under the influence of more powerful draconic beings. Upon encountering a draconic creature of higher power, Zelgu risks being corrupted, turning against his summoner.
Regenerative Summon. Zelgu is restored to full health after a long rest. If Zelgu is reduced to 0 hit points, he vanishes and returns to his summoner's ring, where he remains for a period of time before he can be summoned again. He cannot be healed during this time.
Multiattack. Zelgu makes two claw attacks.
Claw Attack.
Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.
Breath Weapon. Once per summoning, Zelgu can use his breath weapon, a 15-foot cone of fire. Each creature in the area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Description
Zelgu is the manifestation of the Ring of False Dragons combat form, boasting abilities far stronger than the average Kobold, becomming stronger and having different propeties depending on its summoner.
