Shapechanger. The wererat can use its action to polymorph into a rat-humanoid hybrid or into a giant rat, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Smell. The wererat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Recharge: 5–6 (roll a d6 at the start of each turn; on a 5 or 6, this ability is usable again). Action Type: Bonus Action. If she takes the Hide action, she gains advantage on her Dexterity (Stealth) check if she is in dim light, darkness, or behind cover. If she takes the Dash action, her movement is doubled, and she ignores difficult terrain for that turn. If she takes the Disengage action, any opportunity attacks against her are made with disadvantage until the start of her next turn.
