Traits

Dominance Points. Cej has acsess to a pool of dominance points he can use to do more damage, or empower himself. Cej has a maximum pool of 12 points each of which can be used on the following actions: 

Dominance in Damage.(1 point) Cej after taking the attack action on his turn can use a bonus action to do an additional 2 Bare Knuckle punches. 

Forever Supremacy. (1point) As a bonus action, Cej can empower himself and gain 2d10 temporary hit points 

Superior Movement. (1point) wdasd As a bonus action, Cej can choose to Dash, Shove, Or Grapple a creature. 

Calculated Killing BlowBefore taking an attack Cej can declare it to be a calculated Killing blow, giving him disadvantage to hit for his next attack, On a hit it deals the maximum damage possible. 

Everlasting Sovereignty. When an attack lowers Cej to half his maximum HP he can use a reaction to regain 36 HP and all Dominance points. 

 

 

Actions

 Dominion Over Fools!  As an action Cej can become immune to all nonmagical damage and resistant to All magic damage for 1 minute, taking 2 points of exhaustion at the end of the minuet. 

Chaotic Blows. Cej when taking the attack action can make 2 attacks using any combination of the following attacks: 

Bare Knuckle Punch. Melee Attack. +5 to hit. reach 5ft. 1 target. 18 (2d6+8) bludgeoning damage. If a creature is hit by this attack and it deals damage, Cej has advantage on the next Bare Knuckle Punch before the end of their next turn. 

Devastating Hamstring. Melee Attack. +5 to hit. reach 5ft. 1 target. 13 (2d6+6) bludgeoning damage. When a creature is hit with this attack they must make a DC 14 CON save or be prone. 

Bone Withering slap. Melee Attack. +5 to hit, reach 5ft. 1 target. 16 (2d6+9) bludgeoning damage. When a creature is hit by this attack Cej can roll to hit another creature within 5ft, if that attack hits it takes the damage of the attack as well.   

 

Description

Xarkil Cej is an older humanoid born in the city of tombstone he was raised to be tough or be brought down. He adapted quickly, being able to get the upper hand in almost any situation. His one goal in life was to get the fabled black box. An item of reverence with the ability to slay any creature with a single thought. Leading the fighters guild Cej has amassed quite the troop of trustworthy companions.
