Reform: it can reform into a humanoid form and wield simplle weapons and clothes, it'll Always look like an adult in the gender the owner decides (can be encountered like this but those cannot be tamed since they used to have an owner who died with the slime being in this form)
Disolve: currosive : +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 2D4 (2d4 + 1) acid damage.

split (Costs 1 bonusaction) it can split into 3 smaller slimes making it's size tiny, each slime can move and attack individually
