Mistborn Traits
Mistmeld (Recharge 5–6).
As a bonus action, the Mistborn can partially phase into surrounding fog, gaining resistance to all damage until the start of its next turn and becoming heavily obscured to creatures more than 5 feet away.
Whispers of the Fog.
At the start of each creature’s turn within 10 feet of the Mistborn, that creature must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 4 (1d8) psychic damage and suffer disadvantage on Wisdom checks and saving throws until the start of their next turn.
Misty Flesh.
Attacks against the Mistborn made by creatures that rely on sight (not blind or tremorsense) are made with disadvantage while the Mistborn is in fog, heavy mist, or magical darkness.
Multiattack.
The Mistborn makes two claw attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) psychic damage.
Echoing Scream (Recharge 6).
The Mistborn releases a shriek that echoes unnaturally through the fog. Each creature within 30 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and be stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half damage and are not stunned.
