❄️ Bandit Cunning. The Winter Bandit has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
❄️ Bandit Tactics. When an ally is within 5 feet of a creature the Winter Bandit can see, the Bandit deals an additional 2 (1d4) damage on weapon attacks made against that creature.
❄️ Winter Hardened. The Winter Bandit is adapted to harsh, frozen environments. They ignore difficult terrain caused by snow or ice, and they have resistance to cold damage. While in snowy terrain, their movement speed increases by 10 feet as they expertly navigate ice and drifts.
Multiattack. The Winter Bandit makes two melee attacks with its handaxes.
Handaxe. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage plus (1d4) cold damage.
Light Crossbow. Ranged Attack Roll: +5, range 80/320 ft. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.
This is a really well thought out. The only thing is I think for its hit points it could be a higher challenge. The mechanics are great though. Though I don't think there is any way it is lawful.
