Wail of Madness: Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (4d8 + 6) psychic damage. If a creature is hit by Wail of Madness, that creature must succeed a DC 17 wisdom save or on their next turn they must attack the closest creature to them with their current held weapon. If no weapon is equipped they must grapple the closest creature that is large or smaller

Bonus Actions

Quicksand Burial: Once per turn, Zanell can bury 1 creature she is grappling into the ground 15 feet below her. The ground instantly turns to quicksand and that creature is restrained and is suffocating until they can reach the surface.

Reactions

Choke: When a creature damages Zanell with a melee attack, she can react by grappling the attacker with her hand and squeezing their neck, suffocating them. Athletics or Acrobatics (DC 19) Only 1 creature can be grappled at a time.

Legendary Actions

Reclaim Swamp Energy (Costs 1 Actions).

Consume the life force of nearby plant and monster life, killing swamp monsters and withering all plant life in 20 ft. Of Zanell, healing her for 20hp+ damage delt to Swamp monsters.

Call of the Bog (costs 1 mythic action) : Zanell wails loudly inciting madness among her monsters in a 1500 ft. Radius as they aggressively attack any nearby creatures and head to the source of the wailing.
