Yngwe the White is an 11th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). He has the following bard spells prepared:

 

Rising Force (5/Short Rest)

As a bonus action, Yngwe can inspire one creature within 60 feet (that can hear him). That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d10, which can be added to an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw within the next 10 minutes.

Golden Hair (Reaction)

When a creature Yngwe can see within 60 feet makes an attack roll, ability check, or damage roll, she can use his reaction to subtract a d10 from the roll. The creature is not immune to being charmed.

Magnum Opus

During a short rest, any creature who hears Yngwe's performance regains an extra 1d8 HP when spending Hit Dice to heal.


Cantrips (at will)

  • It's very hard to explain – DC 16 Wis save or take 7 2d4 psychic damage and disadvantage on next attack.

  • Faster than the Speed of Light – Create a sound or image within 30 ft.


1st Level (4 slots)

  • Cry No More  – Touch, heals 1d8 + 4 HP.

  • Arpeggios from HELL – DC 16 Wis save. On fail: 3d6 psychic damage and must use reaction to move away.


2nd Level (3 slots)

  • Pretty much my trademark – Grant advantage on ability checks of chosen ability.

  • As of yet – DC 16 Wis save or follow a reasonable command for up to 8 hours.


3rd Level (3 slots)

  • Concerto #4 (Live) – 30-ft cube, DC 16 Wis save or become charmed and incapacitated while concentration is maintained.


4th Level (3 slots)

  • Uhmmm... heh. – Target becomes invisible for up to 1 minute (concentration), even if it attacks or casts a spell.


5th Level (2 slots)

  • A Nuclear Violin – 20-ft-radius sphere, DC 16 Int save. On fail: 8d6 psychic damage and subtract 1d6 from attacks, saves, and checks for 1 minute.

  • Spellbound – DC 16 Wis save or target is paralyzed (concentration, 1 min).


Magical Secrets (Bard 10)

  • Countershred – Interrupt a spell of 3rd level or lower automatically; roll to interrupt higher levels (DC = 10 + spell level).

  • RELEASE THE ******* FURY – Allies unaffected. Enemies in 15-ft radius make DC 16 Wis save or take 3d8 radiant damage (half on success), and their speed is halved.
