Discorporation. When Pyroneko dies, her body is destroyed but her essence travels back to the plane of fire where she is unable to take physical form for some time.

Divine Spellcasting. Pyroneko can cast the following spells innately without components. The spells are unaffected by anti magic spells and effects. Pyroneko has Cha as her spellcasting ability (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks).

At Will: Fire Bolt (11th level), Create Bonfire (11th level), Identify, Misty Step

3/Day: Fireball, Plane Shift

1/Day: Fire Storm

Divine Spying. Pyroneko can cast Scrying at will without components and with a casting time of one action.

Legendary Resistance(3/Day). If Pyroneko fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Limited Magic Immunity. Pyroneko is immune to spells of 4th level and lower unless she wishes to be affected. Pyroneko has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and effects.

Magic Attacks. Pyroneko's attacks count as magical. They also ignore resistance and treat immunity as resistance.

MiniProblem. Pyroneko cant be located or observed by other gods via magic or special abilities, excluding other MiniDeities.

Regeneration. Pyroneko Regains 15 hit points at the start of her turn.

Widespread Magic. Whenever Pyroneko casts an at will spell, she can choose to make the spell originate from any spot she has been to before.

Actions

Multiattack. Pyroneko makes two claw attacks or three ember attacks.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8+7) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) fire damage.

Ember. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 200/800 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4+6) bludgeoning damage plus 9 (2d8) fire damage.

Toxic Flames. Pyroneko creates a blast of pink fire in a 60ft sphere centered on herself. Creatures of Pyroneko's choice in the area take 5 (1d10) fire damage and must succeed on DC 20 Con saving throws or become poisoned for one minute. Objects in the area of effect that are flammable are set on fire if they aren't being worn or carried.

Bonus Actions

Smokescreen. Pyroneko summons a smokescreen in a 60ft sphere centered on a point within 120ft of herself. That area becomes heavily obscured, and creatures take 1d8 fire damage every time they enter or start their turn in the smokescreen. The smokescreen remains for one minute or until Pyroneko dismisses the smoke.

Fire Cat Summon. Pyroneko summons 2d4 cats. The cats have immunity to fire damage which ignores Pyroneko's Magic Attacks ability, can cast Fire Bolt (5th level) at will as a bonus action using wisdom, and have doubled speed. The cats appear in unoccupied spaces within 30 ft of Pyroneko, and they obey her commands. If a cat dies, the creature and/or object that killed it must succeed on a DC 24 Dex saving throw or take 44 (10d8) fire damage. This damage ignores resistance and immunity.

Reactions

Flame Teleport. Pyroneko in response to being hit by an attack, adds 10 to her AC, potentially causing the attack to miss. If the attack misses, the attacker takes 22 (5d8) fire damage and must succeed on a DC 20 Wis saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.

Imbue Flames. If a spell dealing damage is cast within 60ft of Pyroneko or a scrying sensor she made, she can use this reaction to change the damage done to fire damage. If the damage is already fire damage, the damage is doubled.

The elementals don't obey her commands, but they attack the closest enemy of Pyroneko they can sense. the elementals last for 1d4 rounds or until Pyroneko uses this skill again.

Burning Air (Costs 6 Actions). Pyroneko turns the air within 120ft of herself or her scrying sensor burning until the start of her next turn. Additionally, all fire damage done in the area is doubled, cold and acid damage is halved, and the temperature counts as extreme heat while the burning air lasts.
