Charge. If the yak moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Sure-Footed. The yak has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone.

Actions

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Description

Yaks are heavily built animals with bulky frames, sturdy legs, rounded, cloven hooves, and extremely dense, long fur hanging lower than the belly. While wild yaks are generally dark, blackish to brown in coloration, domestic yaks can be quite variable, often having rusty brown and cream patches.

Yaks are found throughout the worlds mountainous regions, their thick fur and layers of body fat protecting them from the extreme cold. They are slow but expert climbers, able to steadily travers rocky areas with little effort.
