Description
Yuxisaurus was a herbivorous, basal armored dinosaur (thyreophoran) from the Early Jurassic of China, known for its heavy build and distinct armor plates. Estimated to be around 4 meters (13.1 feet) long, it represented the first formally described thyreophoran from Asia, confirming the early geographic spread and diversification of these armored dinosaurs.
