Flying Speed. Zarack has a flying speed of 30 ft.
Adamantine-Osmium-Alloy Body. Zarack is exceptionally resistant to physical harm. It has a base AC of 19 (Natural Armor) and is immune to poison and psychic damage.
Zarack is immune to any effect that would change its shape or form. Any critical hit against Zarack becomes a normal hit.
Hook Claw Escalation. If the Hook Claw attack hits the same creature on consecutive turns, the damage dice automatically improve, resetting 1 round after a miss or a change of target:

Multiattack. Zarack makes three attacks, using any combination of its Quad-Shot Scattergun, Tracking SMG, or Hook Claw. It can substitute one attack for the Antimatter BMG.
Hook Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: Slashing damage determined by the Hook Claw Escalation trait. (Base damage: 4d4+6 slashing damage).
Quad-Shot Scattergun (Plasma Rounds). Zarack fires four super-heated plasma charges. Each creature in a 40-foot cone must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking (4d10+6) fire damage and (3d8+6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Tracking SMG. Ranged Weapon Attack: +20 to hit (includes +10 tracking bonus), range 30 ft., one target. Hit: (3d12+6) piercing damage.
Antimatter BMG. Zarack fires a catastrophic round in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking (8d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. This attack pierces through up to 4 targets (friend or foe), and the force damage cannot be resisted by conventional means.
Core Switch (Once per Encounter). Zarack switches its active core system, consuming a Bonus Action. It can choose from one of the following Cores:

Defense Core (HP ≤ 166): Zarack's density doubles. Its movement speed is halved (to 15 ft./fly 15 ft.). Zarack gains Resistance to All Damage (halved damage) and its AC permanently increases by +10 for the duration (total AC 29). Duration: 9 rounds (45 seconds).

Mirror Core (HP > 166):

Melee: Any creature making a melee attack against Zarack automatically scores a critical hit, but the damage dealt is reflected back to the attacker as force damage.

Ranged: Any creature making a ranged attack against Zarack automatically scores a critical hit and deals double damage.

Spells/Cantrips: Spells and Cantrips deal half damage to Zarack.

Duration: 5 rounds (30 seconds).
- Speed Core: Zarack's movement speed is doubled (to 60 ft./fly 60 ft.). Duration: 2 minutes.

Adaptive Counter-Reflex. If Zarack is targeted by a melee attack, it can use its reaction to rapidly re-angle its elastic armor plating. Zarack gains +4 AC against the triggering attack. On a miss, the attacker takes half the weapon's normal damage roll (before modifiers) as force damage from the sudden recoil and reflection of kinetic energy.
Description
Zarack, the Core Sentinel, is a 6-foot-tall medium construct forged from an exotic and hyper-dense triple-alloy of Adamantine, Osmium, and a metal that exhibits near-perfect reflectivity and elasticity. Its chassis is a terrifying synthesis of bulk and precision, featuring mirror-like, shimmering armor plates that conceal its internal mechanisms. A single, shifting optical sensor glows in its featureless head, changing color to signify the machine's current tactical state: Indigo for Defense, White for Mirror, and Lime-Green for Speed. It is a dedicated tactical weapon, relying on its modular core system to adapt instantly to threats, shifting from an armored fortress to a hyper-agile threat or a deadly counter-attacker.
