Eternal Highness: Zaza Fish cannot go below 1 stack of High. High has unique effects for Zaza Fish specifically.

Stack 1: +1 damage to all attacks Zaza Fish makes per stack.

Stack 2: Zaza Fish has advantage on saving throws other than dexterity and intelligence.

Stack 3: Zaza Fish has advantage on ability checks other than dexterity and intelligence.

Stack 4: Zaza Fish's speed is doubled. Zaza Theft's range is also doubled.

Stack 5: The number of Constitution saves required by by Bite and Zaza Gun is increased by one fifth of the number of High stacks Zaza Fish has, rounded down.

The amount of High stacks Zaza Fish can have is uncapped.

High (effect): Like exhaustion, High has multiple levels ("stacks") with different effects. Each stack applies the effects of all lower stacks. For creatures other than Zaza Fish, High stacks are capped at 5.

Stack 1: Target's eyes redden.

Stack 2: Target has disadvantage on dexterity and intelligence ability checks.

Stack 3:  Target has disadvantage on dexterity and intelligence saving throws.

Stack 4: Target begins to have auditory and visual hallucinations and experience paranoia.

Stack 5: Target falls unconscious. 

High stacks on a teammate or Zaza Fish can be lowered by one using Lesser Restoration and by all using Greater Restoration. Creatures other than Zaza Fish can also lose one High stack by taking a short rest and lose all stacks by taking a long rest.

Actions

Multiattack. Zaza Fish makes two attacks: one with Impeccable Rizz and one with either Bite or Zaza Gun.

Impeccable Rizz. Range 100/420 ft. Uses the power of rizz to stare at one creature. That creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be Charmed.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 3) poison damage. Creatures hit by Bite must make two DC 15 Constitution saving throws, receiving one stack of High per failed save.

Zaza Gun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 42/100 ft. Hit: 7 (2d6) poison damage, Creatures hit by Zaza Gun must make one DC 13 Constitution saving throw, receiving one stack of High on a failed save.

Bonus Actions

Smoke a Blunt. Zaza Fish smokes a blunt. Zaza Fish 1 stack of High every time it uses this bonus action.

Reactions

Zaza TheftIf marijuana is within double the movement speed of Zaza Fish, it will use the Dash action (unless the marijuana is within range without the Dash action) and as much of its movement as necessary to reach the zaza. Once reached, it will use Smoke a Blunt with the zaza without taking up a bonus action.

Description

A fish whose bloodstream is mainly zaza by percentage. Searches tirelessly for any zaza it can find. Its sheer weed usage gives it extreme wisdom and rizz.
