Spore Cloud. When the Spore Zombie is reduced to 0 hit points it erupts into a cloud of poison, each creature within 5 ft must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, if they fail they take 3 (1d6) poison damage and are poisoned until the end of that creatures next turn. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this raises as a Spore Zombie after 1d4+2 rounds if it is still at 0 hit points at that time. In addition each Spore Zombie within 5ft gains 3 (1d6) temporary hit points.
Horde Tactics. The Spore Zombie deals +1 damage for each Spore Zombie within 5ft and has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the Spore Zombie's allies is within 5ft of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Horde Shield. The Spore Zombie has +1 to AC for each of the Spore Zombie's allies within 5ft, creatures attacking the Spore Zombie can not attack with advantage as long as there is at least three allies within 5ft of it.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this raises as a Spore Zombie after 1d4+2 rounds if it is still at 0 hit points at that time.
