Water Susceptibility. For every 5 feet the elemental moves in water, or for every gallon of water splashed on it, it takes 1 cold damage.

Fire Cursed. Zaxur was cursed at birth and after fifteen years he can control his fire. He can cast "Fire Bolt" at will and "Aganazzar's Scorcher" ones per day with a spell save of 12.

Actions

Description

A faint humanoid shape shows in a Zaxur’s capricious devastation. Wherever it moves, it sets its surroundings ablaze, turning the world to ash, smoke, and cinders.
