Counterspell:

Silvery Barbs: a creature/player within 60 feet succeeds on a d20 roll, you can force them to reroll it (and take the lower result). Then, you can give another creature within range advantage on their next d20 roll within 1 minute. 

Hellish Rebuke: you can cast as soon as a player deals damage to a bag man in combat. Upon casting Hellish Rebuke, your target must make a Dexterity saving throw and take 4d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Regenerate: on resaving damage heal 4d8 health 

Legendary Actions

  4. blinding fear on entering a fight with a bag man roll 2d4+1 get the result and roll that many d20s subtract the total from the d20s from their hp for the duration of the fight if hp equals less the 1 set keep at 1 for the fight and take 1d4 damage off youre damage roll
  5. Regenerate: gain 4d8 hp per turn if hp is less than half roll 6d8 and if the hp is less then 1 quarter roll 10d8 
  6. regeneration from the darkness: if is in darkness heal 4d8 health on top of all other healing. if  A bag man goes in light take regeneration from the darkness off if its renters it gets its regeneration from the darkness back 
  7. buff from the darkness: if is in darkness add 15d20 to total hp. if a bag man goes in light take buff from the darkness buff off if its renters it gets its buff from the darkness back
