Buh-Hind the Scenes. Buh live in wretched, seething colonies in the inky black behind reality's curtain, and like their nonmagical cousins, Buh can reproduce very quickly, causing these regions to become extremely inhospitable to all life. The area within 1 mile of a Buh's lair is difficult terrain and an area of extreme heat due to the constant motion and interactions of Buhs behind the scenes. See the Dungeon Master’s Guide for rules on extreme heat.

Buh-llies and Buh-lwarks. Buh have a +2 bonus to AC and saving throws made against effects created by Small or smaller creatures.

Buh-ll Rush. If Buh moves at least 20 feet straight toward a Medium or smaller creature and then hits it with a Furious Fisting attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Actions

Multiattack. Buh makes three Furious Fisting attacks.

Furious Fisting. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained. Buh can only grapple one creature at a time like this.

Buh-llow (Recharge 5-6). Buh bellows and claps its paws together, unleashing a 30-foot cone of thunderous noise. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 28 (8d6) thunder damage and is deafened until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't deafened.

Bonus Actions

Eat the Small. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Small or smaller target. Hit: 13 (3d6 + 3) piercing damage. If the target has the prone condition, it takes an additional 7 (2d6) slashing damage.

Flexing Throw. Buh deals 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage to one creature it is grappling and pushes the creature up to 20 feet horizontally straight away from itself, ending the grapple.
