Legendary offense (3/day). if the Undead Ice Wyvern fails an attack, it can have one more attempt to try again. especially apply's to the Rampage Legendary Action.

Actions

Multi-attack. The Undead Ice Wyvern makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its stinger. While flying, it can use its claws in place of one other attack.

Frostbite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing and cold damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Necrotic Stinger. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 24 (7d6) poison and necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Legendary Actions

Frost Beam. a beam shoots 50ft forward inn a straight line that's 5 feet wide. players hit most succeed on a +14 dexterity saving throw. those who don't suffer necrotic and cold damage and are knocked prone.

Rampage (costs 7 actions). The Undead Ice Wyvern performs its frostbite attack, then its claws, then its necrotic stinger, then its frost beam. then it stands up like a bear and starts lashing its wing claws at you extremely fast. unless players/creatures succeed on a +23 dexterity and strength saving throw, they will be knocked prone and take double damage. all previous attack effects apply. if you are already knocked prone, you instantly fail the dexterity and strength saving throws. if it rolled a 15 or more during its previous attack (before it uses Rampage), it doesn't have to roll these attacks.

Description

This is what happens when a Ice Wyvern stays in ShadowFell for two years. Usually, Wyverns hate it there and leave in the course of a week. others are more determined, and become an Undead Ice Wyvern after about an extra year of decaying. only Ice Wyverns cant become shadow Wyverns, because they turn into Undead Ice Wyverns instead. Overall, the Undead Ice Wyvern is the only Wyvern that can rival with Death Wyvern. even as a Undead Ice Wyvern, they still retain all of their natural habits, and live in groups with both other Undead Ice Wyverns, or just regular Ice Wyverns. Undead Ice Wyverns can understand and speak the languages they knew in life still, so the little (cute (◔ ͜ʖ◔) ) usually ask them for epic stories or tales, and even how they managed to live in ShadowFell.
