Amorphous. The ooze can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Combine. The ooze can, as an action, combine with another Yuzzich of the same size, creating the next size up, progressing from tiny or small to gargantuan.

Split. The Yuzzich, if medium or larger, can use an action to split into 2 Yuzzichs of one size down, from gargantuan to huge and so on.

Doppelganger. The ooze can cause itself to have the appearance of any other creature of it's size that it has come into contact with, but it obtains none of those creature's statistics except it's speed and movement type.

 

Actions

Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and if the target is wearing non-magical metal armor, its armor is partly corroded and takes a permanent and cumulative −1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.

 Rot. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., two targets. Hit: psychotic damage, and a cumulative -1 to max HP per hour until the next dawn.   

Description

The Yuzzich is a formless ooze that is always in the form of something else. they are often found in groups of various sizes but a collective mind controlling them all.

no-one has seen a Yuzzich in its natural form, because it has none, but when it is transforming, a green/yellow slime is visible.
