Lair and Lair Actions

Zanutai's Lair is an ancient samurai temple in the center of the blossom tree forest on Zunabery Island. 

Lair Actions. 

While in his temple Zanutai can heal any non-evil creatures and can take health away from evil creatures. + 10 to use (3d8 +1)

Zanutai can revive dead non-evil creatures back to full health. + 11 to use (3d8 +1)

When Zanutai is in his temple he can change the weather from rainy to clear without trouble.
