Rampage. When the Y'hebi Basthrou reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, the Y'hebi Basthrou can take a bonus action to move up to half its speed and make a bite attack.

Eldritch Appearance.  Anything non- Y'hebid that comes within 40 ft of the Y'hebi Basthrou must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 5). If the creature fails, it is paralyzed and cannot move the next round.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, or 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.

Description

Y'hebi Basthrou are the vicious half-brothers of Y'hebi C'aoo. While they are created essentially the same way, Y'hebi Basthrou are more physical than it's half-brother, the soldiers and warriors of the Y'hebi groups and societies.

Eldritch Appearance. The Y'hebi Basthrou have such a strange and evil they strike fear into the hearts of the weak. Those rare few weaklings rarely make it out alive. any enemy must make a DC  5 Wisdom save or be paralyzed in fear.
