Incorporeal Movement. The Wraith Queen can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the wraith has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Annihilation Aura. Creatures that begin their turn within 10 feet of the Wraith Queen take 2d6 necrotic damage.
Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one creature. Hit: 42 (8d8 + 6) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Create Specter. The Wraith Queen targets a humanoid within 10 feet of it that has been dead for no longer than 1 minute and died violently. The target's spirit rises as a specter in the space of its corpse or in the nearest unoccupied space. The specter is under the Wraith Queens control.
Consume Negative Energy. The Wraith Queen targets a wraith or specter within 10 feet of it, destroying it instantly. The Wraith Queen then heals for an amount equal to the hit points the creature had remaining.
The Wraith Queen can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Wraith Queen regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Move. The Wraith Queen moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Consume Negative Energy (Costs 2 Actions). The Wraith Queen uses her Consume Negative Energy action.
Summon Wraith (Costs 3 Actions). The Wraith Queen summons a wraith within 10 feet of her. The wraith is under the control of its queen and joins the initiative immediately.
