Curse of Undeath
after your character drops to zero hit points, you do not start the death roles, instead, you become a humanoid undead creature until you kill another creature and steal its life force. while undead you lose all class abilities that aren't specified for undeath. as an undead, if you are killed, you no longer get death roles (once dropped to zero HP you are dead permanently).
grim harvest
Starting at 1st level, when you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Constitution modifier+ Charisma modifier + your warlock level (minimum of 1).
eldritch claws
claws extend from your hands, melee attacks now deal [roll]1d10[/roll] damage
in undeath add the damage as extra
rampant assimilation
Starting at 10th level, in life and in undeath, you gain health equal to half the damage you deal.
if in undeath you regain health equal to or greater than the HP of your living state you return to life with full health.
grim resurrection
Starting at 14th level, once per long rest, when you kill an enemy, you can choose to resurrect it as your minion for the next [roll]1d6[/roll] minutes
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
I second that.
you should probs change death roles to Death Saving Throws or at least Death Rolls
Ok, im new to dnd so this is probably obvious but how do i sub so i can add it to my collection? I was hoping to use this class for a charecter.
This seems really interesting, but really unbalanced, I can't think of any other class, feat or race that gives a third level spell as at first level, and the health regen from the grim harvest is way more than things like the life cleric's bonus healing and so on.
how much health do you have when you go undead
Thanks, I'll do my best!
sounds like some overpowered fun to me
How many Oblex can I spawn, and can they become necromancers as well?
I agree do the different abilities come at certain levels? otherwise this was really cool and I will probably use it!! Thanks a lot
Thanks
I would just make sure to punctuate stuff like capitals and such for a more professional look, make sure to add in at what level each thing is learned, if its innate when you learn the subclass, put it as so. I would go look at some official classes to see how its set up and such. It seems like a good outline for a class but very bland in its writing. Have made a few subclasses now, it does get easier the more you make and research.
Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome, this is the second subclass I've created and it's helpful to know what people like :)
