I found that this bug started for me whenever I created a home-brew monster. Since then, my characters, and any characters of other players in my campaign which shares home-brew, have been having this same bug.
Can you rre-test and tell me if you are still having an issue with Managing the extras tab? I've made a minor change to the monster and I want to test if my theory is correct.
It’s fixed!! Thank you so much!! Is it something I did?
I don't want to comment yet with definates, as my tests on my account is not working the same way. However if my testing with your account is doing as expected it may help to resolve the issue. All i changed on the Homebrew Monster was setting an Alignment.

I went through and added an alignment to all of my home-brew creatures that didn't have one, and this fixed my problem also.
I had the same problem. I created a Rabbit based off these stats https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Rabbit_(5e_Creature). (This was the only homebrew monster I have.) The same issue impacted all of the characters in my campaign spaces. I deleted the monster and the problem went away. I then created the monster again in exactly the same way but added an option under alignment (which I had not done previously). The problem did not re-occur.
So seems that making sure an alignment is set avoids the issue.

I've been trying to manage the players in my campaigns extras for the last few days, but i keep getting the message:
"Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest.
Error Code 4c6267057f444edfaa1fdaa52de4e1b4
Version 3.15.2"
I've been getting this message since Monday(first time i tried in a while).
Can you provide a link to your character sheet please?
Thanks for your help!

It’s the same for me, I can’t even manage the players in my campaign.
did they fix it for you yet?
Nope, not yet
I'm still unable to manage any extras, is there an update on this bug?
Sorry - I don't have an ETA for this yet. Either myself or another mod/staff member will let you folks know once it's been resolved.
Great! Thanks for the update! :)

I actually HAD just created a homebrew monster. 🤔
Can you link the homebrew monster you created? My guess is that there was something with this that caused the error.

Makes sense, thanks again!
