I was adding inventory from the builder and found the system was keeping quantity data and applying it to forth er inventory adds. For example, I searched rations (1 day), increased the count to 10 by editing the number directly instead of using the button, and hit [ADD]. Next I searched string and rope, hempen (50 feet) and just hit [ADD] without looking and got 10 of each of those too. Next I searched for javelin, again directly edited the quantity to 4 and added them, and then a dagger and since they don’t stack I didn’t think to check and got 4 of those too.
I started with a character that had been a forest gnome illusionist I used to help someone homebrew a workaround fix for the Cantrip issue. Instead of deleting that character sheet I recycled it to test a homebrew Race Variant I’m working on. So I toggled on Homebrew Content as a source on Home, changed the race to the homebrew. I Also changed the class from Wiz to Ranger, and actually spent the Point Buy points, previously I had left them at 8 just to see the sheet. (This next part was unnecessary to my needs but part of my process. However, it’s pro’ly the most relevant to your needs.) Then I set the background to Soldier, then changed it to custom and based everything on Soldier but with different tool proficiencies. Then I checked the starting equipment but only took the Armor and then started adding equipment piecemeal. That was when I noticed the bug.
