There isn't a function to change the spells given from the spell lists contained within the spell list even though the feature allows you to do so. 

I suggest making a homebrew copy of the subclass and changing the feature to allow swapping spells. It isn't pretty, but it works. That's what I did.

I took my homebrew versions to the next level by adding every spell option as a dropdown list.

You basically follow this tutorial except don't remove the default spell and keep adding. Then you select your spell in the character builder/editor.
