Hey there!  

I have two new players on two separate campaigns that are having issues showing up properly for me, as the DM, and when one was using their PC to set up their character, none of my purchased content was being shared (homebrew was).  I have attached photos of what my campaign view looks like and you will see each player very clearly, as none of their stats pull up and if I do try to open the GM screen (which I don't use) they do not show up on it at all.

Are there some solutions?  This seems to be a fairly new issue.  I am a DM in both campaigns and have a master sub.

Edit: I cannot for the life of me figure out how to attach photos, but they are available if needed.  Basically, I get the Passive and saves of all my players on the campaign page, except the new ones.

Hello.  It looks like everything is in sync.  When They are in the character builder, they are not getting access to my shared content, however, they do have access through the app or directly on their character sheet on the browser.

Then they do have access to them.

Correct, but not in the character creator on browser for leveling up (I had to manually pick one of their races, subclasses, and feats) and they are not showing up properly on the campaign page for me, as the DM.  It is only showing their name, race, and class with their photo and not they passives, AC, and Saving throws and they do not populate on the GM screen at all.

Try turning content sharing off and back on again

I am unsure if that fixed the character creator in the browser version, but it did not fix the character not showing up correctly in the campaign page or generating in the DM Screen.  I created a test character in the campaign and claimed it myself and it also did not show up properly.

What do you mean exactly by “show up properly?”

Again, I would post a photo if I knew how.  But as the DM, looking at the campaign page, I can see all the characters.  Each of those characters have a box below them showing their AC, Saving Throws, Speed, HP, and Passives.  I can also click on the GM Screen button and pull up everyone's stats.  These new characters do not have the box below showing up with all these stats nor are they being generated with everyone else under the GM screen.

To post an image you must first host it on a site like www.imgur.com, then you need the “direct link” that begins with https: and ends with .jpg or .png, then you can paste it into the image popup here and it’ll embed it. Like this:

This is through the browser, as my players are using PC and I do as well, even in person.
