None of the unaccounted for optional features are present on any of the 2024 classes.
Im aware that most of these features have been baked into the core classes now, so im not asking about those. There are some cool ones like Dedicated Weapon for monks that would be nice to still have the option to use, and Favored Foe is still technically usable too (even though the new favored enemy is arguably better).
Optional Class Features (TCoE) that are compatible with the 2024 classes;
Bard: Magical Inspiration
Cleric: Harness Divine Power
Fighter: Martial Versatility (just for swapping maneuvers)
Monk: Dedicated Weapon
Monk: Quickened Healing
Monk: Focused Aim
Paladin: Martial Versatility
Paladin: Harness Divine Power
Ranger: Favored Foe
Ranger: Martial Versatility
Sorcerer: Magical Guidance
As an aside, it would be nice if we could also get Primal Awareness as an optional feature for rangers, its technically not possible RAW but it would be appreciated.

While the new versions of the classes are compatible with old versions in terms of playing together, the two versions of the classes are just that: Two different versions. The features you listed are optional features of the 2014 versions of those classes.
A home game table could allow them anyway, but those features belong to the old class as much as the base features of the classes do.

I disagree. The wording in the 2024 PHB describes them as if they are the new default, not separate from the 2014 ones. The Monk in the updated rulebook is just as much a Monk as the one in the previous rulebook was. That, coupled with the intended backwards compatibility of the 2024 PHB, indicates that the Tasha's optional features are just as applicable to them.
Jcraw could sage advice it in either way, but for now its open to interpretation. Regardless, DDB as a platform has given us no way to apply these optional features ourselves, so it would be nice if they could set it up for us and let the community decide whether or not they believe they apply.
Given the fact that the Player's Handbook that Tasha's refers to with the line:
"You gain class features in the Player’s Handbook when you reach certain levels in your class. This section offers additional features that you can gain as a <class>."
It's very much stating that these optional features are specifically designed for the old versions of the classes. Again, feel free to homebrew otherwise all you want, but none of the features you listed (nor any Battle Master Maneuvers or Warlock Invocations not reprinted) are intended for the 2024 versions. The things that do come forward from Tasha's are any non-reprinted subclasses. Those are fully compatible.
The intention of the tasha's features is irrelevant. OneDND was openly, brazenly, intended to be backwards compatible. That would indicate that the 2024 PHB should have been written with the intention that these features would be compatible. You can even infer that from this snippet in the introduction:
But the book contains many new or redesigned elements, and the versions of things in this book replace versions from older books.
Rules as written, if a thing (optional class features in this case) doesn't have a new version in this book, then it is still fair game to use. Example: Favored Foe from Tasha's should be able to replace the new Favored Enemy from 2024, but Deft Explorer from Tasha's should not be able to replace the 2024 Deft Explorer.

Wrong. The 2014 and 2024 versions of classes are considered distinct from each other. The Tasha's features applied to specifically the 2014 versions, which means the 2024 classes don't even see those features. Your statement is like saying Illusion Wizard should also have Malleable Illusions because that feature doesn't have a new version in this book.
…OneDND was openly, brazenly, intended to be backwards compatible….
That is an inaccurate statement. They explicitly and repeatedly stated that 5e24 would be backwoods compatible in terms of how PCs could play the Adventures, nothing more. It was in fact that a sense of anything else forthcoming in terms of backwards compatibility that was the most telling that the players’ options would likely not be backwords compatible. Their silence on that point spoke volumes.
