I sent a request over a weeks ago but haven't heard from Support regarding the initial "Request Received" email. I want to subscribe to DND Beyond, but I need this simple issue fixed.
Actual realtime support ticket responses usually take at least two weeks, sometimes longer if people keep re-submitting tickets over and over for the same issue. That not only bogs down the support staff and backup responses, but it also takes that initial ticket and drops it to the bottom of the pile so it’s about the most counterproductive thing one can do.
Most folks prefer to seek assistance from helpful, volunteer, community members like myself (hi there 👋) first and then fall back on submitting a ticket after all other assistance has been exhausted. Mayhap I (or one of the others volunteers) can help you. So, tell me, what’s your boggle?
Thanks for the information! Unfortunately it's to get an email changed on my account and I believe only customer support can change it through a support request. If you know of another way though, please let me know. I appreciate the advice, I have no tickets other than the original one I submitted so I will give it some more time.

I tried that already, but unfortunately it didn't fix my problem. When I first signed up to DND beyond I used an old Gmail email address which I normally never use. So, I decided to create a Wizards of the Coast account with my outlook email address and link that one instead and unlinked the Gmail account. However, I still receive emails on my Gmail, which I don't want and never use. I unlinked my Gmail exactly as you showed above, but it's still listed under my email settings tab as my email, and it doesn't give you the option to change it. Even changing to a different Gmail account in that spot doesn't change it on the other tab. (www.dndbeyond.com/account/email-preferences is the direct address to that tab). If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thank you for your help so far!
Been waiting 3 weeks on a response to my ticket. Dndbeyond canceled my order with a discount code I got from gencon and when I try to resubmit it says my code is no longer valid. Running out of time to get my preorder for the digital phb in.

I feel your pain, it's been exactly two weeks for me.
