Hi there, im having some difficulty adding spells to a homebrew class that I made. its based on the fighter archetype. I enabled spell casting under the basic information of the class and have it set to level for spell prepare type. I then added a feature that detailed the spellcasting ability of the class, and under that feature, I added multiple spells, however, while looking at the full character sheet for my character I don't see the spells anywhere and still don't know where to add spell slots.
anyone done this before/ know what it is im doing wrong/ have any information?
I've been adding spell lists to a race I'm building, and I've found that if I create a list of spells within a single entry, it creates a selection option within the character builder pages of the character sheet. To get my spells listing separately I had to create a new entry for each spell.
i have one more issue, right now it's only giving me up to LVL 3 spell slots for an LVL 15 character. how do I manipulate the amount and type of spell slots the class has?

That, you cant do. Fighters are 3rd casters, so they get spells at 1/3 the rate of full spellcasters and only get up to level 4 spells at level 19 (iirc).
If you want more spells you will have to start with a different base class.

Spell slots are added automatically by giving it a feature named "spellcasting".

Does this information help?
ive listed each spell separately but it still doesn't show up.
This fixed it. Thank you very much.
Happy to have solved at least one trouble. Enjoy and make some magic.

Also, the forums don't indicate who you reply to to other users so use quotes.
Gotcha thank you.
What about rogues?
What do you want to know that wasn't already answered?
what is the spell level cap on rogues?
Well, it would be a third caster, so 4. Same as arcane trickster, the rogue spellcaster subclass...
(I know DxJxC is aware of this, so please recognize this as an addition rather than a correction.)
And, the Eldritch Knight is also the same as it is also a “1/3 Caster.”
