The spell doesn't grant the corpse and caster telepathy, nor does it create illusions or affect perceptions.
It literally states the magic gives the corpse a semblance of life and intelligence allowing it to answer you. So, yes, everyone can see and hear the corpse, and the caster. If the spell had some special privacy/security to it, it would say so, it doesn't.
So the latter is the RAW and anyone doing anything different is using a homebrew rule that should have been discussed during Session 0.

When a cleric casts this spell how do you rule on the following:
Either,
Only the cleric sees the corpse move and hears the voice
Or,
Anyone present can see the animation and hear the answers.
