Peaceful Armor: Basically, when you aren't wearing armor or a shield, your AC becomes 16+Dex. (Potentially viable for Dex Pallys!)
Warrior of Reconciliation: Class ability to charm a creature after reducing their hitpoints to 0. (only while using a simple weapon with bludgeoning)
Channel Divinity: Ability to add +5 to your persuasion checks for the next minute. The other Channel: Divinity ability is to deal radiant damage equivalent to an enemy who just dealt damage within 10 feet of you. (So if someone dealt 10 damage, you can deal 10 radiant damage back to them on a failed Wisdom Save).
Aura of the Guardian: The Ability to take dealt damage from an ally within 10 feet of you.
Protective Spirit: Regeneration equal to 1d6+half your Paladin level if you have less than half your total hitpoints. (Provided that you aren't incapacitated).
Emmissary of Redemption: You get resistence vs all damage dealt by other creatures AND it takes half the damage dealt to you. However, if you attack a creature, deal damage to it, or force it to make a saving throw, neither benefit works against that creature until you finish a long rest
I really like this subclass for it's non-combative flavor. Both the Redemption Paladin and Tranquility Monk are interesting twists to the traditional class archetypes.
I played a Vengeance Paladin who had a personal oath very similar to the new Oath of Redemption. I love it.
This Oath has a great setup as a Dex Build with the Peaceful Armor feature. However, all the simple bludgeoning weapons (for Warrior of Reconciliation) are Str based. In order to rock a quarterstaff with Dex, I'll need to multiclass Monk, (extremely MAD, needing 13 in Str, Cha, Dex, and Wis). Alternatively, I could multiclass Warlock 3 and use Shillelagh to attack with Cha. What are other viable weapon options for the Redeemer? Ignore Reconciliation and crush everyone with a greatsword?
Now all they need is a official released Unearthed Arcana with all of the material players tested and shipped to our door. I honestly think they have enough material for a splat book.

Not all, your forgetting... a sling! Although you do have disadvantage in melee but as this oath isnt meant to focus on combat I think the hit you take is appropriate.
One errata I would strongly consider adding to the Oath of Redemption subclass concerns the Protection Fighting Style. Protection fits in best with the redemption and peaceful tenets. Under Armor of Peace add: "If you have the Fighting Style of Protection, it no longer requires a shield."
Did they really remove Armor of Peace and Warrior of Reconciliation from the Oath of Redemption? Cause that sucks. Armor or Peace felt so fitting! A Paladin who discarded battle armor in the hopes of fostering peace, but able to avoid the blows of enemies should they be provoked. Quite upsetting, imo.
Personally, I dislike the Aura of the Guardian, it's just a stronger Divine Allegiance. Though that might be a problem with the Crown Oath and not this one.
I too am disappointed with their removal. I understand that Warrior of Reconciliation could be game-breaking, but they could have re-written it to make them both fit. As it is in Xgte, I cannot play a DEX-based Paladin like I wanted to. I will have to homebrew an updated UA wording to keep both Armor of Peace and a limited use of Warrior of Reconciliation.

It is a sexy beast.

I like the concept. Could be a pretty sweet Dexy Tank

Redeemadin + Zealot Barb?

It's like they turned the Gavel of the Venn Rune from SKT into a whole class.

YES! Finally.... a true Empath healer! (ahh my old Dragon Realms days coming back) This is going to be all kinds of fun.

Combined with Protective Spirit, the Guardian aura allows the Paladin to become a healing machine without using spell slots though.
