There are three land vehicles; the Demon Grinder, Devil's Ride, and Scavenger, all found in Descent into Avernus. They can all be found in the extras menu if you have unlocked the content
I have a curious question here....... let's say my char is a gnome Artificier ( with proficiency in crafting things ). So if my char buys a chariot, and later begin to "add some extras" ( like if it's doing a tuning ), do my char need to spend extra time in being attunned on the new look/apearence of that chariot ???
Let's say my gnome works in building a mechanical motor, to not waste time in maintaining horses as draft animals. do my char need extra time in being attunned in the new chariot apearence/style ??
Oh. oops. I'll amend that to most land vehicles. Cart, Wagon, Sled, Chariot, etc, etc.
Those vehicles can be found under “equipment.” There are two kinds of vehicles in 5e, which I call “equipment vehicles” and “statblock vehicles.” “Equipment vehicles” were at first the only kind of official vehicles in 5e, and were listed in the PHB in the equipment section. Then, with Ghosts of Saltmarsh, Wizards of the Coast started providing what I call “statblock vehicles,” namely the various ships available in that resource. These vehicles had AC, HP and other stats. Descent into Avernus added the land vehicles DaveDamon mentioned, also with statblocks. But Wizards has not gone back to provide statblocks for “equipment vehicles.” Since DDB does its best to reflect the official rule set, they can’t just make up statblocks for the “equipment vehicles,” and only “statblock vehicles” show up under extras.
Unfortunately, the fact that both kinds of vehicles are officially just called vehicles, even though they are distinct in terms of mechanical categories, is very confusing to folks. I am hoping that eventually we will be able to make homebrew (statblock) vehicles, and that they will let people publish homebrew statblocks for the “equipment vehicles,” or that WOTC will provide statblocks for the original “equipment vehicles.”

These aren't considered land Vehicles per the rules, they're equipment (Vehicles as a rules element didn't exist at the time, it was introduced with Ghosts of Saltmarsh)
If Wizards of the Coast either releases an errata, or new rules, D&D Beyond will update to reflect that.

There are no rules determining this, it would be down to your DM.
Additionally, it's not really relevant to the topic at hand. If you have a question that is unrelated (or only very tangentially related), please start a new thread in the appropriate subforum.
Yeah, essentially agreeing with Arwen's Daughter; it'd be nice to be able to add “Equipment vehicles” into the Extras section. To keep a wagon separate from the items you keep in your pockets. Fully statted, or not.
The extras panel is configured to display stat blocks and can't display things that don't have associated stat blocks. The equipment vehicles cannot be given stat blocks because that's not how the exist within the rules.
That way, one could take the few listed stats of an “Equipment vehicle”, consider existing vehicles' stats, and real life stats; and create our own. Until then, one would have to make a homebrew monster and add it in Extras as a vehicle (which is awkward).
There are no land vehicles in the "Vehicles" section. Only in Equipment.
So you can't add them into character sheet "Extras".

Can we make "Vehicles" in Homebrew?

Homebrew vehicles are something that's on the roadmap, yep.
