I am unsure if there is a similar thread relating to this already (I wasn't sure how to search for such a thread) but what I mean here is for example you have a barbarian character. 5e rules state a barbarian does not get the benefits of a rage until they are raging and lose the benefits when the rage ends which is fine however character sheets on Dndbeyond at the moment have no way to track when a character is in a normal, standard state (where they do not have resistance to non magical damage or advantage on strength checks) or in a different one such as a rage (where they do have such benefits). The closest we have is conditions but that is its own thing
How hard would it be to implement something like this for ease when playing so that it only shows advantages or disadvantages of being in a certain state or mode when you are in said state? It could be accompanied by some cool graphics to visually express it as well. I'm interested to hear what others think. If these visuals could be fully customisable as well in both their looks and the mechanical changes they make to your character when they are active that would be really useful

Look forward to seeing what people think of this

This would fall under “temporary” effects, these are not currently supported but are on the roadmap.
