I noticed before that when i cast Mage Armor from my spell list, it automatically adjusted my AC. However, it no longer seems to do that. Was i imagining things, or have i messed something up? My AC is 11 and dex mod is +1, so it should adjust it to 14, right? Or is changing it manually the only way?

This site as of yet does not support temporary/spell effects from any source - clicking "cast" from a spell list doesn't do anything except check off a spell slot.
I use homebrew magic items for frequently used spell effects so I can equip/remove as needed. For less frequently used things I just manually edit the sheet, or make a feat or something.

It’s possible some third-party program did it as well, and something happened to make it not work anymore. I’m not familiar with any expansions though, so I can’t say for sure if that’s a feature of anything. It seems likely you just didn’t notice that it didn’t change, or something.
Hi, i'm new here and just have a newbie question.

You were imagining things.

There’s also a bunch of Homebrew items people made that replicate the effects. If you have the ability to subscribe to other people’s HB, here’s a version I made: https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/2094392-mage-armor
M'bad, i remember now, it wasn't mage armor spell, it was equipping regular armor from my inventory that changed the AC.
Would be nice if AC altering spells did that too though.

It would, but you could cast on yourself or instead on someone else. How would the sheets know who the target was?
