Maybe I'm just missing it, but despite having my options set to "everyone" when I roll the players do not receive a popup of my result. I did a test, making sure to use the same computer, same browser, same settings. While I understand that my players COULD go into the log and double check what I rolled, it's more cumbersome and takes away some of the excitement of open rolls. And it just seems odd that the popup feature is there, I just can't choose to use it as a DM for some reason despite everyone else using it.
Here are screenshots of my results, I hope they clarify what I'm looking for.
Please turn off all browser extensions & ad/popup blockers and try it again. Then turn them back on one-at-a-time until you figure out which one is causing the issue.
I can't tell for certain as you've not got the game log open, but if I had to guess, you've got the DM rolls set to 'Self' rather than 'Everyone' by default
Any rolls set to Self will only be visible to you and not the other players, and as such won't trigger a roll notification.
By default, players in a campaign are set to Everyone and the DM is set to self.
You can change this one of three ways:
Open the game log, you'll see a dropdown option at the top. Clicking that will give you choices of Everyone and Self, and if you're a player, also a DM option
Right click/long press any dice expression box; this will give you the same options as above (Everyone, Self and DM if you're a player) in addition to the Advantage and Disadvantage options
If you're using the floating action button in the bottom left, when you expand it you'll see your current target (who you're rolling to) displayed as text on the left 2/3 of the button. Clicking the arrow to the right of that lets you change it
These screenshots are literally of the same computer, same browser, same moment. I opened two windows simultaneously to test. I retested with extensions and adblocker turned off to no change. I also tested on my ipad, which has no extensions and a single adblocker, which did not change the outcome.
Unfortunately not. It's set to "everyone" by default, double checked before rolling as well.
Maybe when I'm home I can do a video capture.
EDIT: Videos of players rolling vs DM rolling. Opened settings first to show how I had them. Same campaign, same characters, same browser. I used my ipad to record this but it is identical on PC.
Is there a way to change the default for DM rolls from Self to Everyone? I usually want my players to see my rolls, but I don't always remember to change to Everyone each encounter, and having to do that each time gets old. I've played around with it, but can't see a way to change the default.

IMGUR Link with video showing me confirming I have settings set to "everyone" and am indeed rolling on the exact same device.
Player (Left) rolling and player (right) getting a popup.
Player (right) rolling and DM getting a popup.
DM (right) rolling and player NOT getting a popup.
