Attempting to add items to my inventory via the “Add Items” button just does not work. Neither can I move items between containers. I am able to add items in the character editor and I can adjust the quantities of items I already have but nothing else.

Never had this problem before. Tried on multiple devices. Tried signing out and back in.

All assistance appreciated.

I’m having a similar issue too. Can’t move between containers. Can’t add items from manage equipment section. 

At least it’s not just me.

My work-around at the moment is to use the “edit character” option and add to my inventory from there. Can’t put things into containers, but at least it gets things there.

Really hope this gets resolved soon!

If you tap the container itself at the top of the list (instead of the “add stuff to container” bit at the bottom), then you can add the content there more easily.

Same boat here too. Irritating.

I used my laptop last night to see if a non iOS device would work, and most of the inventory functions were fine on that, and then were also working on my phone and iPad again.

Unfortunately nothing’s working again this morning. Something to do with using that different device, or maybe DnDB were doing some tinkering that briefly improved things but now broken again?

Same here, had the issue for about a week now I think... can't add through the "add items to container" button. Only through the "manage inventory" which is quite the hassle...

This is interesting... I was having this problem on my tablet using touch screen. But I just tried this on my computer and had no problems with inventory. I'm curious if the others who are having problems are on a mobile device as well.

This gets even more weird.
When I use my tablet (chromebook) in landscape mode and touch, I can't add items to inventory or o containers.

When I clip on my keyboard and use the table in landscape mode, i can add items with the keyboard and trackpad, but not with touch

When I use my laptop horizontaly with touch it works just fine

Also can't add items directly to containers on my players' sheets in a campaign. The links at the bottom for each container are there, but clicking them does nothing.

I'm in the same boat.  All my characters can't add items to their inventory.  I'm on a PC.

Thanks for the reply, Halfwing. I think one issue is this only enables adding items from the official catalog, or things in the homebrew collection. But if I want to move items already in a character's inventory, I can't do that. Kind of defeating the purpose for the containers. So then I'm having to make any custom items as homebrew items, just so I can put them somewhere besides the bulk inventory.

I can't add items to my characters' inventories or move items in or out of containers *at all*.  It doesn't seem to matter which tab or container it's in or what the item I'm trying to add is.  The +Add Item links don't bring up anything, either.

Desktop PC, using Firefox.  To confirm, I've disabled anti-adware, other extensions and antivirus but I'm still unable to add items.  Thanks for the link.  I'll go read it through.

I have also been having this issue.  Does not matter what I toggle in edit character, I cannot add ANY items to my character sheet (either backpack or equipment).  The only workaround I’ve found is to go into Edit mode and add items through the “equipment” page.
