The Radiant Sun Bolt’s damage is predicated on the character’s Martial Arts feature. The Martial Arts feature has the requirement of not wearing armor.

This isn't actually quite right.
Its damage is radiant, and its damage die is a d4. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table
But it's not a martial arts feature itself, it just references a column on the monk table, so shouldn't be disabled by wearing armor.
And even if it were a martial arts feature, wearing armor should drop the dice back to a d4 at minimum, rather than disabling the damage. The way the sheet is displaying it is incorrect.
I wasn’t referring to RAW, I was referring to how DDB coded it in the system. I know that’s not RAW, I can read. However, DDB ≠ RAW in a number of areas.* I get it, technical limitations are a thing. It is what it is. But that doesn’t alter the factual truth of my statement.
The Radiant Sun Bolt’s damage is predicated on the character’s Martial Arts feature. The Martial Arts feature has the requirement of not wearing armor.
The way it was coded in DDB’s system, it only keys off of Martial Arts and that shuts down completely as soon as any armor is equipped. The base 1d4 minimum for the Unarmed Strikes is set separately from the way the actual Martial Arts mechanic was implemented. But that was not done for the Radiant Sun Bolt feature.

Tortle AC and interactions with Unarmored Defense.
How Unarmored Defense is handled when Multiclassing.
Steps to reproduce: equip armor or a shield on a sun soul monk
Expected results: no change to the Radiant Sun Bolt action, as it has no requirements based on armor/shield for use
Observed: the damage block on the action is completely missing

Yeah, “shouldn’t,” being the operative word.
