I am attempting to add customized actions/bonus actions for my Battsmith Artificer, for when he infuses his weapon and when his steel defender attacks. However, I do not see a bonus to Hit/DC under the action customization
Infusing a weapon should already give you the bonus, no custom action necessary.
But yeah, Custom Actions don't have a way to add a bonus to To-Hit. You could add a "dummy" magic weapon of the right weapon and damage die type to use and customize for the special actions. It depends on what you're creating the custom actions for, care to clarify? (Beyond the Steel Defender, which is its own thing and takes different finagling.)

Yes! You absolutely can Infuse weapons on DDB if you are an Artificer! In the Inventory tab of the character sheet, scroll down to Infusions, and you can assign your chosen known infusions to an applicable item. Try it out!
I was making those suggestions because I thought you were asking about actions added by feats, like say Polearm Master, and how they interact with infused weapons.
Great!! Thanks!! That an easier and better solution than I was trying. Actually, I have another question is there a way to edit my regarding "finagling" my Steel Defender. Right now I created a customized bonus action that has tied him to my strength stat, which isn't right.

Your Steel Defender uses your Spell Attack Modifier for attack rolls, so Intelligence instead of Strength. There is no way to get the damage roll to use PB.
Well that's a bummer, I really dug having all of my stuff in one space at DND Beyond, but I guess my steel defender will have to use another source. Here's the link to an awesome spreadsheet (LMFAO I'm nerdy) that contains Steel Defender stats that get edited as you plug in your stat numbers. Super helpful for battle smiths
It's possible to homebrew a Steel Defender creature, which you'd need to update every time you level up. You could also make a homebrew copy of the Battle Smith subclass and add a special Action or set of actions to represent the Defender's stats and attacks.
I actually did both those things to account for my Homunculus Servant. Here is how the action's snippet looks on the sheet:
Homunculus Servant
• Armor Class: 13 (natural)
• Saving Throws: DEX +4
• Skills: Perception +4, Stealth +4
• Evasion.
• Force Strike. Ranged Weapon Attack:+6 to hit, range 30 ft., one target you can see. Hit:1d4+2 force damage.
• Channel Magic. The homunculus delivers a spell you cast that has a range of touch. The homunculus must be within 120 feet of you.
Hit Points: 9 (4d4)
I could give some pointers if you like.

I think my infused weapon should have a higher Hit/DC (weapon proficiency + INT + 1) but I'm not sure how to add the plus 1

Why are you making the infusion a custom action? Why not just infuse the weapon and equip it?
Is there a way to infuse weapons on DND Beyond or are you simply talking about adding a +1 weapon to my inventory?
You can infuse items, equip, and attune them and their effects apply automatically.
Just go to inventory - infusions - click the infusion - click choose - choose item to infuse.

Actually, if you don't mind those both sound very helpful. Particularly the homebrew Steel Defender creature.
