I'm trying to buy a subscription but it won't take to a page where I can updated or change my billing preference. Your update says it's fixed. It just keeps saying payment was not accepted and referred me to customer service.
I seem to be having issue with login in and my subscription showing my current content. I have AboveVTT onChrome and Firefox but I can only log in using Safari as of this request. Is there a known issue with Chrome and Firefox currently and where would I find information about that?

I can't see my subscription page because I changed my username??? I had to sign in whenever I click on the subscription page and it changes back to the name I had before I requested to have it changed and, on top if that, it says I'm not subscribed for some reason.

Im trying to buy the source book bundle and start a subscription, but I just get errors. Can someone please help? :( I have money on the account and the card info is correct.
So my card just got autocharged for subscription renewal, but the address is wrong since I moved. Do I just wait for the payment request to bounce, then unsubscribe, then resubscribe to change the address?
Can I get anybody to actually look at my ticket #3017964. I was paid until March of 2023. Now I need to upgrade my subscription, Which I will do. However, I want my money back from the amount I prepaid or a credit. This is frustrating because it happened at the worst time. Right before the game. So, I couldn't use the homebrew I created or any of my NPC because they were unavalable. My son and I are very frustrated because he runs games as well. I hope this in not how the new owners of DND plan on treating its customers.
So, how am I supposed to pay. My subscription should have been up to March of 2023. Please let me know. This feels like new ownership problems. I'll refrain from typing what I really think is going on and try to have some faith in humanity. Ticket number #3017964.
So, your card expires. Other sites let you know and you can go to the site through a link and fix the issue. Not dndbeyond though, which is hemorrhaging customers, the linked page fails and offers you the option to go to a useless support page or cancel your sub, which you would think in the current climate is the last thing they would want a customer to do. Weak.
BTW, this is related to request #3145071 if anyone from this company is paying attention to these threads at all.
I have had this problem continually since my initial subscription. I've been a Master Tier subscriber for four years. Same problem any time I try to access the subscription page. It's been the same continuous update, EVERY YEAR, about how Beyond is working on a solution. It's wild. Genuinely wild. In the golden age of e-commerce that a site attached to such a large IP, owned wholly by WotC, cannot figure out this issue in the Year of Our Lord 2023. It's probably a trivial thing to whine about in the scheme of things, but it's so damn frustrating. It's just one of those things that makes it so blatantly transparent that no one *really* gives a shit. You know I'm going to figure out a way to renew my subscription because I'm so heavily invested in your service. And...guess what! You're right! Congratulations for offering a product for which we've essentially stopped getting updates for wholesale over at least the last year; thanks for rarely if ever fixing anything permanently on the customer support side (...no criticism to the dev team, because I'm certain things are infinitely worse on that end since Adam left and WotC took over); thanks for not even bothering to address any of the legacy issues that continue to plague the character sheet and homebrew. It's a truly AWESOME experience you're offering here. TRULY. The best you can promise us is a new marketplace and a VTT built on Unreal 5 we *might* get to experience this year but probably not, that you'll undoubtedly end up doubling or tripling our subscription for in the future? Fantastic.
I am disenchanted at this point, to say the least...
I'm getting a message that my card is declined, but I can still buy things with it. I have money in my account, I haven't bought anything with it recently so I know it's not from withdrawals, and the card isn't expired. Anyone else having this issue?
I'm currently on the Master subscription. I can see it in my purchase history and it shows that it has not yet expired, however the subscription is broken. I can't open My Characters (it shows that I currently have 11/6 characters so it's tripping over), I can't access the Encounter Builder, and the main page is asking me to subscribe with a free trial. If I try to use the free trial it kicks me back to the main page.
I think someone needs to turn it off and back on again...

I don’t know if this will help subscription issues, it have you tried checking your entitlements? (See link in my signature). if that doesn’t do it, you will need to submit a support ticket (yet another link in my signature). Also available from the contact us link near the bottom of the page.
It shows them in the Exclusive Monthly Perks section partway down that page. But yeah, it's confusing that it doesn't acknowledge your current sub.

A misunderstanding, I thought it was a site theme, not character page theme.

I just got an email saying that my subscription (yearly) could not be processed due to a payment issue.
I check my card info and the card info has not changed and the card does not expire till 2025.
Looked at my bank account and I have plenty in it to pay for the yearly subscription.
I'm having the same problem as GFTK. I paid for a yearly sub, get it for like an hour or 2, then says the payment couldn't go through

I heard reports that people are currently unable to cancel their subscription.
I had to fix the problem by cancelling my subscription then paying it again. It would only allow me to do a full year membership. Hmmm....

Why can't I upgrade from hero to master?
